Topics include: overview of American and world shipyards, modern shipyard production organization and methods, manufacturing process design, production capacity, materials and inventory management, fundamentals of shipyard project management, work force management, product and production quality management, production planning and scheduling, specifics of production management in ship repair, and shipyard facilities management.
