HIST267 - Civil War & Reconstruction Credits: 3
This course examines the causes, events, and consequences of the American Civil War, 1861-1865. In addition to covering the important political and military events, special attention is paid to the social and cultural movements that emerged from the struggle and how Americans commemorate and remember the conflict 150 years later. This is an elective course.
Prerequisites: None 3 class hours a week
