HIST300 - Seminar in U.S. History since 1945 Credits: 2
This course is an introduction to post-1945 US history, and is intended to help students appreciate the developments responsible for the making of contemporary US society. Through directed readings and seminar style discussions, students will explore the relationships between political, economic, and cultural changes in this period. This is a required undergraduate course designed in part to meet Department of the Navy requirements for newly commissioned officers.
Prerequisites: HIST200 2 class hours a week
